Dr. Eric Bean

Eric Bean, PhD, PCC, CMPC®
 
Dr. Eric Bean has built performance systems for leaders operating where pressure is constant and consequences are real. Eric coaches executives to stay composed and deliberate when the stakes are highest—turning pressure into a competitive advantage.
 
Drawing on more than 15 years of experience, he applies the science of sport and performance psychology to cultivate elite performance and cohesive cultures. He led the creation of the first mental training curriculum for surgeons and emergency physicians at Madigan Army Medical Center and now consults with leaders from start-ups to the Big 4 navigating complex, high-pressure environments.
 
A Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC®) and Professional Certified Coach from the International Coaching Federation (ICF-PCC) with a Ph.D. in Sport and Exercise Psychology, Eric is a published author and frequent speaker on leadership, resilience, and the psychology of high performance.
 
He lives in San Diego with his wife and two sons

As a trusted consultant to professional sports teams, Olympic athletes, and corporate executives, Dr. Ian Connole helps organizations and leaders create sustainable high performance—integrating mindset, strategy, and culture.
 
With two decades of experience in elite athletics and organizational consulting, Ian bridges the science of performance psychology with proven leadership experience to develop resilient, values-driven leaders.
 
A former senior executive in collegiate athletics, Ian has led through major culture change initiates, organizational restructures, and significant budget cuts. As head of Dartmouth Peak Performance, he guided thousands of aspiring leaders, coaches, and administrators navigating the demands of Ivy League athletics. Integrating his experience with battle tested psychological principles, Ian equips high performers to thrive in complex, high-pressure environments.
 
He holds a Ph.D. in Sport and Exercise Psychology and master’s degrees in Sport Psychology and Counseling. A Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC®), TEDx speaker, and published author, Ian helps leaders pursue success that elevates both performance and well-being.
 
With home bases in New Hampshire and the Maryland/DC area, he balances fulfilling work with an active lifestyle and meaningful time with his wife and daughters.

Dr. Angie Winter

Angie Winter, PhD, PCC, CMPC®
 
Drawing on a career spanning elite sport, the military, and executive coaching, Dr. Angie Winter helps leaders bring the focus, resilience, and adaptability of high performers into the boardroom.
 
With more than two decades of experience developing elite talent, Angie blends sport and performance psychology with executive coaching to create meaningful mindset and behavioral change. She has led government and commercial programs, designed and delivered leadership and high performance initiatives, and coached senior leaders across industries. Her work includes Division I athletics, the United States Military Academy at West Point, and federal organizations such as NASA, TSA, and U.S. Army units.
 
Angie holds a Ph.D. and master’s degree in Sport and Exercise Psychology and maintains credentials as an ICF-PCC, CMPC®, and Prosci Change Management practitioner.
 
Based in Pittsburgh, she lives her work—continually pushing her own limits as a distance runner and triathlete, and helping clients pursue achievement without sacrificing fulfillment.

Siana Sylvester

Siana Sylvester, MEd, PCC, CMPC®
 
Drawing on her work coaching elite athletes and executives, Siana Sylvester helps leaders cultivate the mindset, focus, and composure required to perform at their best in highstakes environments. With over a decade of experience across business, sport, and military settings, she blends organizational behavior expertise with performance psychology to unlock sustainable high performance.
 
Siana currently serves as the Mental Performance Consultant to the NHL’s New York Islanders, where she helps coaches and professional athletes master the inner game to be at their best when it matters most.
 
She specializes in guiding leaders through pivotal transitions—refining communication, strengthening executive presence, and fostering teams that thrive under pressure. Known for her practical yet empathetic style, she balances accountability with compassion to help clients lead with authenticity.
 
Siana holds a Master of Education in Athletic Counseling from Springfield College and is a CMPC®, PCC, Prosci-Certified Change Management Professional and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction.
 
Siana and her family (husband and two children) reside on Long Island.
